Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for consideration unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Exceptions to Standard Window

The fourteen-day refund window does not apply if you have:

  • Completed more than thirty percent of the course content
  • Downloaded supplementary materials or resources provided with the course
  • Received a certificate of completion or progress credential
  • Accessed the content through a promotional or discounted offer specifically marked as non-refundable

Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial billing period
  • Individual lecture purchases after content has been accessed
  • Bundled course packages after any component has been substantially accessed
  • Services marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift purchases redeemed by the recipient
  • Third-party content or services purchased through our platform

Processing Refunds

Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within seven to fourteen business days, depending on your financial institution. You will lose access to the purchased content immediately upon refund processing.

Denied Refunds

Partial Refunds

Subscription Cancellations

Course Access After Refund

Upon successful processing of a refund, your access to the refunded content will be immediately revoked. This includes all course materials, downloadable resources, discussion forums, and certificates. Access cannot be restored once a refund has been issued.

Before submitting a refund request due to technical difficulties, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team. Many technical issues can be resolved quickly, allowing you to continue enjoying your purchased content without the need for a refund.

Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Content purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes is subject to the same refund policy unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Special promotions may include additional restrictions clearly communicated during the checkout process.

Group and Corporate Purchases

Bulk purchases made for multiple users are subject to separate refund terms. Please contact our corporate sales team for information regarding group purchase refunds and cancellations.

Currency and Exchange Rates
